Pre-Service Meditation: Practicing the Presence

Our time together will include:

Prayer — opening our hearts and consciousness to the Presence within and around us
Brief Guided Meditation — centering in Truth, Love, and the awareness of Spirit
Silent Meditation — resting in the stillness and listening within

This is an opportunity to arrive fully, breathe deeply, and consciously prepare ourselves for the spiritual experience of our Sunday service.

Whether you have an established meditation practice or are simply seeking a few moments of quiet connection, you are welcome.

Please follow the signs and enter quietly through the gate.
